no expensive overheads to pay. Instruct us direct and you don’t
pay the overinflated prices some estate agents charge.
With some cheap HIPs available you’ll find the price to
good to be true, often it is. A cheap HIP to ensure you buy other
services, which may be cheaper if you shop around.
- For a freehold registered property the price is £259
– NO VAT. For a leasehold
property £299 – NO VAT. For any properties
of size and leasehold/unregistered properties, call us to obtain
